This is why we always recommend radon testing whenever someone is buying or selling a home, because the only way to know if there are dangerous levels of radon in the air is by testing for it.

How Do You Test for Radon?

We can test for radon with our state-of-the-art monitors. This process is very simple; we set up the monitor for the two-day testing process. After 48 hours of continuous testing, we will have a detailed report with results, recommendations, and our comments.

The great thing about our comprehensive reports is that they are digital, so you receive them directly to your email and share the results with your real estate agent or the sellers, based on the results.
